One of the goals of the Fluid project is to develop processes through which designers and developers can be most effective in creating usable software. 
 
We've been creating draft workflows that attempt to show what we do in Designing and Developing a component.  These diagrams are useful to the team because it establishes a common roadmap of work activities and deliverables, it gives us a measure of how far along we are, and it helps us to know and plan for what is coming up.
