On the suggestion to move worksite setup, it's a little more complicated than this. Worksite setup is basically the same tool as Site Info except also includes the functionality to create sites and shows a list of all sites. So, users can make changes to the site from within the site. It's pretty confusing for users to know where they should go to make changes. For one, site info should probably be renamed to something that fits the user's notion of it better (during the heuristic work it was suggested to add the site type in from of the title (Course site info or Project site info). Making it "Course site administration" could make it even more clear. Marc B and I created some design last year in the course management project that moved site setup out of worksite info. Unfortunately, they never got implemented but a combo of revisiting it along with the new design for site tabs would take away the need for the additional functionality I mentioned WS has and thus it seems the tool could just go away.
