Planning Process and Guidelines

We are using storycards (see below) and agile planning principles for our UX planning.  This is meant to allow us to stay focused on our highest priorities activities during an iteration and be adaptive to to changes in our work and the project.  See Agile Planning - Goals, benefits and details for more details about why we've chosen this methodology.

Planning Info

Work Areas

We've identified 6 categories that our work currently fits into.  A group coordinator or champion has been identified for each area.  The coordinator has created a high level project plan to identify more granular activities within each of these areas.
