Option One

Walk the participants through asking questions 1-8.   After you have completed the first part of the test, then introduce the cover flow option asking questions 8 – 10. After you have completed the first two parts of the test, then ask the post-test questions as though it was an open interview.

Task-based Questions
1.    How would you change the language preference?
2.    How would you select a theme?
3.    How would you select a gallery?
4.    How would you add a gallery to your itinerary?
5.    How would you close the gallery preview page?
6.    How would you preview what you had chosen on the itinerary?
7.    If you wanted to see more galleries related to the theme what would you press?
Cover Flow Task Questions
8.    How would you browse the cover flow interface?
9.    Is it more intuitive to use the cover flow navigation, then the cards?
10.    How would you select a gallery or a theme?
Post-test Questions
1.    How could we best introduce the functionality of the kiosk?
2.    What would you expect to find under help?
3.    How do you feel about having a predefined theme tour?

Walk the participants through the wireframes asking questions 1-6.   After you have completed the first part of the test, then ask the post-test questions as though it was an open interview.

Task-based Questions
1.    How would you expect to change the language?
2.    How would you find maps of the museum space? And what would you expect to see and do with the maps?
3.    How would you find a gallery?
4.    How would you create an itinerary based on the galleries you want to see?
5.    How would you print your itinerary, and what do you expect to see as a print out?
6.    How would you email your itinerary?
Post-test Questions
1.    Do you find the idea of creating an itinerary useful?
2.    Is this interface easier to navigate?
3.    Are the relationships between the globs understandable?
