Decapod uses two identical cameras to create a stereo image of a book spread. These images, coupled with calibration data, can be "dewarped" (distortions removed) giving the appearance of a flat page despite the original content showing page curl.

This document outlines the specific equipment setup, capture technique, and dewarping process.
